NILA-AV and Dhruv use the details you submit to record your enquiry, understand your interests and follow up when you give permission. Follow-up is optional, and staff can suppress further contact on request.

Your enquiry is stored in the separate B2BX Reading event CRM. Education CRM records are not included. If you choose to book a meeting, Calendly and Microsoft process the booking and Teams invitation. The CRM verifies the required office attendee from the organiser’s calendar. We do not add personal details to the public Calendly link. Authorised staff can review, export and suppress event records. Contact NILA-AV through nila-av.co.uk with privacy or deletion requests.
